What exactly is the Genuine Human organization?
Genuine Human is a not-for-profit organization established to enable individuals to effect positive and impactful change in their local communities through outreach, education, resources, and funding.
The Genuine Human concept is aggressively simple —find selfless people who are giving back in their communities and enable them to do more. We find ourselves supporting various charities, organizing teams, and hosting events where we can see true impact in the lives of others.
We believe we can make the world a better place, by enabling one Genuine Human at a time.
Amanda Dugger
Founder and President
Amanda Dugger is the founder of Genuine Human and CEO of DGR Systems. For more than two decades she has been a leader and an enabler in global Information Technology firms serving both public agencies and private enterprises. As a young adult cancer survivor, Amanda participated for over a decade in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and was designated as a Hero of Hope in 2007. After shaving heads for St. Baldricks, swimming in the gulf for Swim Across America, and walking miles for American Heart Association Heart Walk, she founded Genuine Human to raise money for causes directly impacting communities where we live, work, and play. As a lifelong champion of philanthropic causes, Amanda seeks out individuals giving back in big and small ways and enables them to do more. Amanda resides in Tampa, FL with her young daughter and husband of 15 years.
Jennifer Adefala
Vice President
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Jennifer has a passion for helping to promote women in business. Through her employer, World Wide Technology, she is part of Women in Leadership and was one of the founding leaders for Women in IT. She was also key in helping to build a STEM leadership, mentorship, and capstone program for a group of 8th grade girls. Additionally, Jennifer has supported Compassion International with sponsoring and connecting with two children for over 10 years. It is through Genuine Human that she is hoping to help and inspire others to do even more. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and BSBA in marketing and management information systems. She enjoys travel and was fortunate to study a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain. With her husband and daughter, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and church family where they also serve.

Erika Kuchinsky
Vice President and Secretary
Erika Kuchinsky is the Vice President of Genuine Human and has been a Global Client Manager for World Wide Technology for over eight years serving financial, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. Erika has a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Alabama where she found her passion for wanting to understand people and creating solutions to help others achieve their goals. Erika’s strength is building strong trusted relationships and being an advocate for those in need is something she finds extremely rewarding. From a young age Erika has always been active within her community supporting and volunteering with multiple organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Jordan Smelski Foundation for Amoeba Awareness, and the Rotaract Club of Birmingham.
Angie Densmore
Vice President and Treasurer
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Angie looks forward to her immediate contribution to Genuine Human serving as the Treasurer and making a positive impact enabling those who are dedicated to making the world a better place for all. She has served as a mentor for two years to 8th grade girls promoting STEM leadership and growth. She also served as the Treasurer for four years supporting her son’s hockey organization. Angie holds a BS in Accounting from Maryville University. She is a proud mother of one son and married for 28 years. Angie and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and friends, outdoor activities and traveling.
